Female / male Receptionist is Needed
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site receptionist role at Hive Fit Nation Gym. The receptionist will perform day-to-day duties such as answering phone calls, providing information about the gym, and performing clerical tasks as needed. The receptionist is responsible for providing excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience for our clients.
Qualifications
Excellent phone etiquette skills, including the ability to answer calls in a professional and friendly manner
Experience with receptionist duties, such as scheduling appointments and managing front desk operations
Strong clerical skills, including organization and data entry
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive gym experience for our clients
Fluency in both Arabic and English
Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business or related field is a plus
