Looking for a sales lady for a catering company. The job involve everything from interacting with customers, answering enquirers through calls and WhatsApp and providing them with information.
Assist the customers in taking orders and understanding customer needs,
Giving the order details to the bakery staff and making sure that the order is correctly delivered to the customer on time.
The other job duties include assisting in packing the food in boxes or trays with simple decoration whenever needed
Skills required
Good verbal and communicative skills
Patient and calm when dealing with customers
Deals properly with negative comments and complains and address them properly to the team to take positive action
Expected to work flexible timing
Note:
Visa is available
Female only
Probation period is expected for 3 months before transferring the visa
